We’re Charlie Smith, Patrick O’Brien, and Nick Wallis. You may know us from the many restaurants and bars we’ve worked at in and around Geneva. After years of collaborating and sharing stories over late-night shifts, we discovered we had the same dream: to open a place that felt like home, where great food, thoughtful drinks, and genuine hospitality come together. With a deep breath (and a lot of excitement), we took the leap, and here we are, proud to call Mosaic our own.

By day, Mosaic is a welcoming coffee shop with a custom-curated bakery menu, everything made in-house from scratch, and coffee locally sourced from Corocco Coffee Roasters. It’s the perfect spot for a morning pour-over, a quick lunch, or a cozy afternoon break.

By night, we transform into a full-service restaurant and cocktail bar, serving refined, modern Mediterranean cuisine alongside a distinctive cocktail program and an ever-growing, thoughtfully curated back bar.

Our kitchen is truly scratch—bakery and all—crafted with intention and care by Chef Charlie and his talented team. Drawing inspiration from our travels through Turkey and Morocco, with vibrant influences from the Levant and India woven throughout, the menu celebrates bold, expressive flavors. Guided by the seasons, it evolves regularly to showcase the freshest ingredients available.

We put just as much heart into the “Cocktails” part of our name. Led by Patrick and Nick, our bar team brings deep knowledge of spirits and a real passion for hospitality. Our seasonal cocktail menu is developed collaboratively in-house, focusing on balance, technique, and ingredient-driven creativity. But the cocktail menu is just the starting point. We love engaging with our guests, having real conversations about preferences and flavor profiles to craft something that feels personal. Whether you choose from our cocktail menu or let us build something custom, every drink is thoughtful and tailored just for you.

At the end of the day, what matters most is your experience. We created Mosaic to be a cozy, welcoming space for everyone, whether it’s a family gathering, catching up with old friends, an exquisite date night, or simply a quiet moment to yourself over a fine meal with a great drink in hand.
